ABOUT

Fluent in English and Spanish, moved to the United States in 2000 to attend the University of Oklahoma in Norman. He received his bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science with a minor in Architecture in 2005. After graduation, Jose chose to work with a local Oklahoma City builder for the next seven years, managing all phases of the construction process from start to finish for 300+ homes worth over $40 million in inventory.  His excellent work earned him recognition and numerous awards within the home building industry and the community, including Builder of the Year 2010 and 2011.

In 2012, taking his expertise and experience to the next level, Jose teamed with  Cresap Capital LLC of Oklahoma to found Venhomes , a creative and innovative business. Venhomes is dedicated to the construction of fine quality homes for today’s market.  For this and his community involvement, Jose received OKC Magazine’s “40 under 40” award in 2013.

Jose moved to Houston, Texas in 2015, to expand Venhomes and to be closer to family. He quickly became a licensed Realtor in the state of Texas. Jose partnered with JJ Projects LLC, owned by his brother Jesus, to ensure the continued success of his company.

To date, Venhomes has build and sold a couple of homes in Pearland, Texas, and will begin construction on new Townhomes and Craftsman homes in the desirable Sawyer Heights in Houston, Texas. The first is the Alessia Project, consisting of three luxury four-story townhomes. The second one is the Vittoria Project consisting of two homes built in the popular historic Craftsman Style. In addition, Venhomes is now remodeling home from specific rooms to whole houses. After Hurricane Harvey flooded the entire city in 2017, there was a need for professional, reliable, reasonable re-modelers and Venhomes stepped up to fill that need. Now, Venhomes is remodeling homes throughout the Houston area.
